Return policy

Our return policy is 30 days. Items that have been used or that are not returnable under our normal return policy are not eligible for extended return and exchange terms.
For returns - you must contact us to obtain an authorization number.
Individuals may select all new resalable products for return:
All returned items will pass our quality control inspection. Please ensure that the returned item is returned in new resalable condition. Any item that shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, pet hair, odor, abrasion, etc.) or is not in the same condition as when received cannot be returned.
Individuals must purchase the returned product directly from us in order for a refund to be applied to the default card on file.
The return amount will be calculated at the current retail price. A return confirmation will be sent to the original email in your account once the refund has been processed.
Shipping costs to return the item to and from us are the responsibility of the returnee.
If the product is rejected and is not in new resalable condition, a customer service professional will notify you.
Pre-boxed items must be returned in the original packaging. Do not apply the shipping label directly to the original box.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Material Authorization (RA) #. Please write the RA # on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping
Please be sure to ship your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. The return/exchange shipping address will be provided by the Customer Service Professional.
